When in the sunny Algarve, you will see all around the olive groves, some with trees which have been bearing the fruit for over a thousand years! From these are produced some of the finest olive oils in the world.

Those produced at Quinta do Monterosa near Moncarapacho use only hand-picked olives and the traditional cold pressing method featuring original stones of ancient origin. They produce and bottle four distinctive gourmet olive oils from the different species of tree grown on the estate.
