Terms and Conditions of your Algarve Golf Holiday, Algarve Golf Package and Algarve Package Holiday in the Algarve Portugal

1. All holidays, packages are offered on a 'first-come' basis and are subject to availability at time of booking.
2. Algarve Golf Holidays reserve the right to refuse any booking without giving a reason.
3. Algarve Golf Holidays will endeavour to supply the holiday requested but reserve the right to alter or withdraw specific offers at their sole discretion.
4. Where it becomes necessary to alter any element of a holiday, that element will be replaced on a like-for-like basis.
5. The 'Lead Name' (Leader) on all bookings is the person who makes the booking.
6. The Leader must be travelling with the party and is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of all party members.
7. The Leader is responsible for all aspects of the booking and the accuracy of all information supplied including details of the holiday requested and any subsequent changes or amendments requested.
8. The Leader is responsible for the accurate and timeous payment of deposits and balances.
9. Party size must not exceed the number stated when booking.
10.Accommodation is booked solely for persons named at time of booking. Algarve Golf Holidays, contracted management, owners or companies reserve the right to refuse admitance to unlisted persons.
11.A non-refundable deposit of Sixty Euros per person is required at the time of booking.
12.The balance (full price less deposit) must be received by Algarve Golf Holidays no later than Sixty days prior to the commencement date of the holiday.
13.In the event of cancellation, the full balance (full price less deposit) is wholly refundable up to Sixty days prior to the commencement date of the holiday, it is Seventy-five per cent refundable up to Forty days prior to the commencement date of the holiday, it is Fifty per cent refundable up to Twenty days prior to the commencement date of the holiday and it is non-refundable thereafter. 14.You will be notified when booking in cases where security deposits are required and the terms pertaining to them.
15.If for any reason terms and conditions change between booking and your date of travel, the Leader will be notified.
16.Should Algarve Golf Holidays need to change accommodation booked or any other of the holiday arrangements made they reserve the right to do so but will notify the Leader beforehand and will endeavour to supply alternatives and of a like standard.
17.Algarve Golf Holidays accepts no responsibilty and is not liable in respect of loss, damage, cancellation or changes caused by reason of war, riots, civil strikes, terrorist acts, fire, flood, natural disaster, closure of airports, hotels or golf courses or any other event which is beyond our control.
18.Algarve Golf Holidays accepts no liability for circumstances beyond our control which lead to loss of accommodation, golf times, car hire, transfers or services such as but not exclusively water and electricity supplies nor the consequences of actions of persons who control the supply of these or any service pertaining to your holiday.
19.Should Algarve Golf Holidays have to cancel a booking prior to your date of travel due to reasons beyond our control no liability can be accepted by Algarve Golf Holidays and clients may be offered a like holiday on a future date.
20.While every effort is made to ensure that information relating to your holiday is accurate and up to date, Algarve Golf Holidays do not accept responsibility for inaccurate or out of date information supplied to us by service providers or for the failures of individuals to dispense such information.
21.Algarve Golf Holidays reserve the right to decline any person as a client should they be disruptive in any way. Those refused boarding of an aircraft or other transportation, ejected from hotel or golf club premises due to disruptive behaviour, the effects of alcohol or drugs or for whatever reason will be deemed to have cancelled their holiday at that time and waived refund entitlement and full cancellation charges plus any costs incurred by Algarve Golf Holidays will apply.
22.Algarve Golf Holidays accepts no responsibilty for accidents or injuries incurred any time or any where while on holiday, including but not exclusively regarding swimming pools, other recreation areas, in hotels, in bars, in restaurants, on golf courses, on roads, while driving, while a passenger, on walkways, in shops or when participating in any sport or activity.
23.Algarve Golf Holidays offers a Full Money Back Guarantee to clients who suffer major disruption to their holiday (eg no accommodation, no golf) caused solely by negligence or incompetence on the part of Algarve Golf Holidays or our employees (not contractors), should we be unable to rectify the problem satisfactorily at the point of occurrence.
24.Travellers should ensure that they have adequate and appropriate holiday travel insurance for the duration of their holiday. Loss or injury should be notified immediately to your insurer.
25.Guests are solely responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of all and any documentation that may be required of them including but not exclusively travel tickets, valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, drivers licence, holiday/ travel insurance papers, golf handicap certificates.
